a. UK Nationals/British people can continue to live/work/study in Cyprus for as long as they wish . Their rights are protected due to the agreement with the EU in 12/17.
b. Once you are permanently resident in Cyprus you must register with Immigration after 90 days of arrival to legalise you status. This is the MEU1.
c. If you have been here full-time for 5 years or more you must now apply for a new residency permit, the MEU3 (long waiting list for appointments in Paphos)
Water quality at Paphos beaches is excellent, according to the Cyprus Tourism Organisation (CTO) and Cymepa, with the area this week set to receive 16 Blue Flags.
President of the Winter Swimmers Matthaios Ierokypiotis said this year all 16 of the town’s beaches will be given the flags on Thursday.

Rebranded Cyprus Airways on Thursday carried out its first flight to Athens, as previously announced.
The Airbus A319 aircraft landed at Athens’ international airport at 4.45pm, according to a press release.
On the tarmac, the aircraft was greeted with a water arch.
